Returns and complaints

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    In accordance with current legislation, a customer making a distance purchase has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods without giving any reason.

    The deadline for withdrawal from the contract for the sale of goods expires 7 days after the day on which you receive the parcel with the goods you ordered.

    You must return the goods within 7 days of the day on which you send your statement of withdrawal from the contract of sale of the goods and your intention to return the ordered goods.

    Returned goods must not bear traces of use. Returned goods should have all tags and should have the original manufacturer's packaging. When shipping returned goods, we ask that you carefully secure the package so that it is not damaged or destroyed in transit.


    Once we have received the returned goods from you and inspected them, your money will be refunded. Reimbursement of payments made by you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (the cost of the least expensive usual means of delivery offered by the seller) shall be made no later than 7 days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal from the sales contract. The seller may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back or you have supplied proof of their return, whichever event occurs first.

     

    We will refund your payment using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of refund.

    COMPLAINTS

    To make a complaint, please follow the instructions below:
    1. complaints may be made by filling in the complaint form below or by making a complaint in person at the MUSKATOS Shop at ul. Diamentowa 3, 41-943 Piekary Śląskie (Poland).
    2. the advertised goods, along with the completed complaint form, should be sent or delivered in person to the address: MUSKATOS at ul. Diamentowa 3, 41-943 Piekary Śląskie (Poland).
    3. the seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of complaint. You will be notified of the outcome of the complaint via email or in writing. In order to speed up the complaint process, the Customer should hand over the goods to the Seller together with the complaint form.

    The Customer is obliged to collect the Goods complained of within 60 days counted from the date of being informed about the manner of processing the complaint or repair or replacement of goods. If the goods are not collected within the indicated time limit, the Seller shall call the Customer in writing to collect the goods within 14 days of receipt of the call. After the additional period has expired without effect, the Seller shall be entitled to charge storage fees in the amount of 1 zloty (in words: one zloty) per day.

    Your personal data are protected by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter: GDPR). The personal data is processed for the purpose of implementing the process of complaint or return of purchased goods, as well as for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR. Personal data shall be stored for the period of the Controller's performance of his duties in connection with the complaint or return of goods, and to the extent necessary for the assertion of claims arising in connection with the complaint or return of goods - for the period of limitation of these claims. The data subject shall have the right to request from the Controller access to the personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing in accordance with the provisions of the law, as well as to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office .
